Who do we see

For those people with private health coverage we are able to provide on the spot heath fund claiming with our HICAPS terminal.

Workers Compensation

If you have sustained an injury at work you may be eligible to have your weekly wages and treatment costs covered by Workers Compensation insurance. This can be an extremely stressful time as many people are unfamiliar with the Work Cover system and feel they have little or no control over their situation. At MyFamily Physio, not only will we assist you with recovering from your injury but also help you understand the Work Cover process.

CTP

If you have sustained an injury as a result of a motor vehicle accident you may be eligible to have your treatment costs covered by CTP insurance. Recent CTP reforms have also enabled some injured people to have access to weekly payments. At MyFamily physio we can assist you with your recovery and help you understand the CTP claims process. Please note Work Cover and CTP insurance have different processes and can often change!

Medicare

If your GP has deemed you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan you may be able to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 5 Allied Health consultations (including physio) per calendar year. We are able to offer “Medicare Easy Claim” with our HICAPS terminal. Please note we charge a small gap fee and a doctor’s referral is necessary.

Eligible DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as full payment upon a GP referral.
